In response to feedback from our community, we’re excited to introduce significant updates to the invoicing system in MSP360 Managed Backup.
Previously, invoices generated within MSP360 Managed Backup did not account for sales taxes or VAT, leading to discrepancies between the invoice total and the actual amount reflected in receipts from the payment system.
With this release, we enhanced the invoicing system to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with financial records. Here’s what you can expect from the updated invoices:
Inclusion of Sales Taxes and VAT: Invoices now include all applicable taxes, providing a comprehensive breakdown of the total amount that matches the total amount in the receipt you receive, and ensuring consistency across your billing documents.
Transparent Cost Breakdown: In addition to backup and storage pricing, invoices now reflect all relevant charges, offering greater visibility into your expenses.
