MSP360 apologizes for the situation with the GSuite backup. As you may know, the authorization of the connector application was taken down by Google, so that, even after the product is installed on your domain, our solution is unable to access the data inside your domain. The issue affects only new clients.
In order to resolve the situation, we have contacted Google to find a way to continue the service as previously. Unfortunately, we have been unable to reach a consensus during this process. Consequently, we have made the decision to rework our application and switch it to Domain-only Private Application mode. This means that the application will no longer be distributed via GSuite Marketplace, and will instead be distributed by us. We are already in the process of reworking the application and will release it very shortly. All the affected clients will receive an email with instructions on how to install the application anew.
