The channel has always been an integral part of MSP360’s success over the past 10 years with over 9 thousand partners currently being supported within our Advantage Partner Program. Our partners have helped us rapidly scale up our operations locally and abroad in order to support new workloads and new challenges in even the most remote regions of the world.
In this rapid growth phase that we’re currently experiencing, we’ve had to refresh and expand our Advantage Partner Program as part of our commitment to the channel. Over the past few months, we’ve been hard at work revising all of our assets that enable the channel to drive revenue along with positive results for their business. We’ve also recruited new staff members to specifically support this expanded initiative which also includes resources such as:
- Specialized reseller and distributor tools for on-boarding new customers and provisioning new end-users
- Robust sales and marketing training
- Dedicated sales and pre-sales support
- New partner tiers where everyone benefits along with unmatched margins
