Report on Backup Status to Windows Event Log with CloudBerry Backup

CloudBerrry Backup comes with an option to write Events on backup completion (success and failure) to the Windows Event log. This feature makes it easier to deploy MSP360 Backup along with the popular monitoring and management systems such as Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), HP OpenView, BMC Patrol, Quest Foglight and a few others that come with a capability to process Windows Event Log and apply certain common rules.
To configure this option, go to the Notification step of the Backup Wizard:

Here you have a choice between adding an Event Log entry for failed backups only or always on backup completion.Then you can see the entries using the Even Log Viewer or any other event processing application:
