MSP360 Backup: How to Move Repository

MSP360 Backup uses local index database called repository to minimize the number of requests to S3. Under certain conditions the database can grow. So it is sometimes necessary to move the repository to another disk with more space.  Technically the repository is an SQLite database file called CBBackup.db

By default the repository database is located in the user profile.  On Windows Vista/7/8/2008/2012 it is under C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\CloudBerry Backup Server Edition\Data or under C:\USERNAME\ProgramData\CloudBerryLab\CloudBerry Backup\data for newer editions of Windows.
We have implemented the option to move the repository to another location right from the GUI.  Go to Tools | Options | Repository in the program menu.  Click the button next to the location and specify the new one. It will require admin permissions to change the location.

On the same page you can see the current size of the repository and there is an option to shrink the database to reduce its size.
As always we would be happy to hear your feedback and you are welcome to post a comment.
