Private URLs Support in MSP360 Explorer PRO for OpenStack

Some OpenStack-based cloud storage service providers have multiple services that can deal with data, kept within the cloud storage. To transfer data between different services are used internal networks of data centers. In most cases, data transfers within one data center are off charge while interactions with the outside data are paid.
For managing internal data transferring, cloud storage providers allow attaching internal (private URLs) for users’ data. MSP360 Explorer PRO for OpenStack supports internal URLs and allows moving, copying, and modifying data inside of the OpenStack-based cloud storage. It makes it easier to move data within the internal network of cloud storage with no need to pay for ongoing and outgoing traffic.

MSP360 constantly works on enhancement of our products. Today we are happy to introduce support for OpenStack regions in MSP360 Explorer for OpenStack – a file manager that allows creating, browsing, modifying and deleting files and containers on any OpenStack-compatible storage.
Now users of OpenStack-based cloud storage services can specify a region in which their data will be stored. It means that you can specify a region for any container within RackSpace and other OpenStack-based cloud storage services that have multiple regions.

MSP360 presents a new version of MSP360 Drive 1.2. This application provides you with the ability to mount Amazon S3 as a drive on your computer. And Amazon S3 is not the only cloud storage supported by MSP360 Drive, you can find a list of supported cloud storage on the MSP360 Drive product page. The new version comes with the ability to configure Reduced Redundancy Storage (RRS) and Server Side Encryption (SSE).
